As we announced last month, we would like to gradually introduce the great team that is Transglory.

Today we want to share the experience of Carolina, graduated in Trade and International Business at ISCAL (Portugal). She is a logistics world’s passionate, and works daily to offer the best service to our clients. Also, she try to find the internationalization strategies in order to obtain new business opportunities.

We have the pleasure to having her at our team since more than two and a half years, supporting our clients daily together with her team: Import Customer Service at Transglory Portugal.

She gave us the opportunity to talk to her and see how is her day-to-day:

How would you define your role?

My role involves constant contact with customers about information and documentation needed to import cargo, managing all the logistics involved in transporting cargo by truck, and also constant contact with warehouses, forwarders and transporters.

What motivates you to keep improving your work?

What motivates me to improve my work everyday is to have a close and effective relationship with the customers and to contribute to the success of the import team. I think that if we all “row” in the same direction and support each other, success will always come!

What are the keys to success in your day at the office?

The keys to success in my day at the office are the good energy and atmosphere among all the colleagues, the fact that I never feel alone and knowing that I can always count on my team for everything.
